The Farms
All our farms are fully enclosed and equipped with automatic farming facilities that include pre-scheduled automated pellet feeding and ambient temperature control. Biosecurity measures are also in place to prevent the spread of diseases. With the reduced need for human contact, we are able to employ dedicated farming specialists and experienced supervisors for the job.
Through Good Animal Husbandry Practices (GAHP), our farms are able to keep the livestock free from food borne diseases such as Salmonella Enteridities (SE) and Vancomycin Resistant Enterococcus (VRE) infections. Strict monitoring of the farms also ensure that only the healthiest chickens are supplied to be processed.
The Processes
A fully automated poultry processing system from STORK allows for a production capacity of up to 4000 chickens per hour. All live chickens will be de-feathered, disembowelled and placed in a chilling tank to remove germs and bacteria. With greatly reduced human contact, these precision processing machines fulfil the most stringent hygiene requirements as well as reduce the impact on the environment by controlling waste and pollution effectively. All these effort has commissioned us to receive both HACCP and ISO 9001:200 certifications.
The Delivery
With a flight of more than 20 freezer-equipped delivery vehicles and a dedicated team of drivers, we ensure that all freshly processed products reach their customers in the shortest possible time.
