Logistic Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for logistic function of the company, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency to support the company objectives
  • To set up the warehouse and its management system
  • To evaluate and re-design/re-engineer company existing route to be more effective and efficient and at the same time meeting customers’ expectations
  • Manage and control all cost related to warehousing, transportation and other related expenses to
    improve cost efficiency
  • Review and establish new SOP to streamline work flow and process to increase efficiency
  • Any other ad-hoc project assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in logistic or related fields preferable with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast-paces environment
  • Experience in the logistic industry is an added advantage

Customer Service Coordinator

Job Scope:

  • Provide sales support to sales team.
  • Respond & process incoming enquires & orders
  • Prepare orders, invoices, delivery orders, etc.
  • Interact & communicate with customers to establish a relationship.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least minimum GCE “O” Level/”N”/ITE preferably with 1 year relevant working experience or equivalent.
  • Full Time position.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Good team player and work well under pressures.
  • Able to start work in short notice is an advantage.
  • Working Hour: Start at 2pm – 12mid night (taxi claim provided)
